  You're in a national park. You don't really have huge selection of places to go, especially if you're seeking a pre-hike drink. As far as lack of selections go, this is not a bad place to be held to. Expect busloads of tourists to stop in without notice which create lines out the door. You wait on line and place your order and grab a table. The employees are all very kind and the views out the window have you staring directly at the Tetons. Grab a drink for a good price, then hop in your car and drive to Jenny Lake and hike up the mountains. Stop by on your way back for a post-hike drink and snack. It doesn't get much better. No complaints, kind server.

  Great views of the Tetons from the bar. A good chance you'll see a Bald Eagle fly by along the Snake River. Don't eat the food here if possible. Stingy small portions with too high prices. Order beer; they can't water it down like their mixed drinks. Here's a true life example of their business model... All you can eat pancake breakfast? You'll wait 20+ minutes for a 2nd small serving of small, thin pancakes. Ask why it's taking so long? The answer is always, "We're busy right now..." They're busy all right, busy ripping people off. I'm local and only go there for an occasional beer.
